Here you can find the different travel requirements/documents for Trans-Asia if you are an LSI (Locally Stranded Individual).
Some municipalities have different requirements but the first step would always be to contact your LGU and notify them that you are currently an LSI. Your LGU of destination will be the one who will issue your Acceptance Letter and Endorsement Letter.

Where can I get the travel requirements?
- Medical Certificate – City or Municipal Health Office or Barangay Clinic
- Travel Authority – Barangay Hall or PNP Police Station
- Acceptance Letter – LGU of destination
Where do I submit the travel requirements?
Have your requirements/documents photocopied before submitting and having them stamped at your local PCG office (Philippine Coast Guard). For those currently in Cebu City, the PCG office is at Pier 3 but they will be stamping at Pier 1.
