Due to the recent directive from the Region 10 IATF and DILG, some provinces and municipalities in Region X will temporarily not accept LSI passengers. However, Authorized Personnel Outside Residence (APOR) and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) passengers will still allowed entry.
Affected provinces:
- Bukidnon
- Misamis Occidental
Affected municipalities:
- Matungao, Lanao del Norte
- Mahinog, Camiguin
Please wear your face shield and face mask when traveling.
Ticket Refund
You can request for a refund or reschedule from the ticketing office from where you purchase your ticket if your destination is one of the affected locations. For Trans-Asia passengers, the office is located in front of Plaza Independencia near Pier 1, Cebu City.
