Trans-Asia has just posted the list of requirements for Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) looking to travel from and to Cebu City. There are also additional requirements for certain routes and non-residents. Make sure your documents are approved by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) before purchasing a ticket. Trans-Asia will require a photocopy of each document.
Outgoing Cebu

IMPORTANT: “No Face Shield, No Ride” as per DOTr Memorandum Circular No. 2020-014.
You can get a medical certificate from the Municipal or City Health Office.
You can get the Travel Authority from your local police station.
You can ask for an Acceptance Letter from your Local Chief Executive (city or municipal mayors).
For those currently in Cebu, the PCG office is at the Pier 4 entrance. For those traveling to Cebu, the local PCG office should be around your pier.
