Where can I get the travel requirements?
- Medical Certificate – City or Municipal Health Office or Barangay Clinic
- Travel Authority – Barangay Hall or PNP Police Station
- Acceptance Letter – LGU of destination
Where do I submit the travel requirements?
Have your requirements/documents photocopied before submitting and having them stamped at your local PCG office (Philippine Coast Guard). For those currently in Cebu City, the PCG office is at Pier 3 but they will be stamping at Pier 1.
