Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corporation has acquired SuperCat Fast Ferry Corp. from 2GO on October 9, 2019. This is according to news reports by BusinessWorld and Manila Standard. Chelsea Logistics is owned by Davao-based businessman Dennis Uy.
2GO has confirmed that SuperCat is no longer a subsidiary of the company. In the past, Chelsea also successfully acquired Trans-Asia Shipping Lines.
