Those travelling this weekend through Cokaliong Shipping Lines must take note of their trip schedules. As of Saturday, April 10, 2021, the first ferry for Iligan will leave by from Ozamis by 7:30 AM.
That is followed after by the 4:00 PM schedules, both of which are from Iligan and bound for Cebu and back to Ozamis. Then comes the 7:00 PM schedules, with ferries from Cebu bound for CDO and Surigao; while ferries from Masbate, Surigao, and Ozamis all bound for Cebu.
With those schedules set, Cokaliong Shipping Lines urges all interested passengers that coordinating with their local government units, or LGU, is a must. This is to make certain that the processing of their arrivals is done in an efficient and safe manner.
As of March 2021, both Iligan and Ilo-ilo are requiring all incoming passengers to present Letters of Acceptance. This is to be done upon the purchasing of their ferry tickets.
Other reminders include the continued cooperation of all travelers in regards to public health protocols. Social and physical distancing remain high priorities, as are the continued use of face masks, face shields, and regular hand washing.
